My and my parents had a great trip here. Christopher was an awesome waiter and took care of us. We had done the Chef's Feast. Which was a base price of $20 per person. We have enjoyed our dinners. I really enjoy the Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings and I highly recommend trying those. We ended with the HUGE Great Wall of Chocolate which is a dessert big enough to share! It you love chocolate I definitely recommend getting it! We got it free as my birthday dessert!

Had a date here for the very first time with my fiancé food was amazing i will never look at city Chinese food the same again! We went shopping and stopped in before you guys closed staff was very friendly, service was fast portions were worth the price had leftovers to bring back home! Will be coming back for another date night!

Food was very good. Got the Crispy Honey chicken and was very good. Came with a friend from college and was her first time she said she really enjoyed it. The young host up front was very friendly and he welcomed us and was very cheerful. Server Aidian was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Heavily recommended coming here with family or friends.

Very good Chinese food restaurant. We came on Saturday night. Our server was very helpful and friendly. But we had to wait for our drinks and food for almost an hour! Mongolian beef and lettuce wraps were absolutely delicious! If you have patience, the food makes it all worthwhile.

Christopher was a phenomenal server. He was very polite, helpful, and the service was quick. He answered our questions, gave amazing recommendations and was overall very personable. Chris made the entire experience so much better - I was celebrating my anniversary with my girlfriend and the entire dinner couldn’t have been better. Quick service, very friendly and helpful - that man needs a raise!! Food was very good, portions seem to have shrunk over the years a little but overall still an amazing value for the price. Would highly recommend.

The food is great but even better than the food is the customer service. The manager, Brittany, helped me and was so kind and personable. She gets 5 stars as a person! Also, as someone with severe allergies, I love PFchangs. It’s so refreshing to have waitstaff trained in allergies and I feel confident going here and not getting accidentally dairied.

Christopher was great ! Great service I tried the 2 new holidays items the apple refresher and the butter cake so good ! The lettuce wrap and dumplings were good definitely would come back ! The little cakes so good!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at PF Chang’s Collegeville, PA location and we cannot commend the team enough for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the moment we entered, Jen the restaurant manager, made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was evident; the atmosphere was inviting, with the perfect balance of ambient lighting and tasteful décor. Jen was proactive in ensuring that all our guest's experience was enjoyable, frequently checking in and making thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. What impressed us most was her ability to handle a busy day with grace and efficiency. Even during peak hours, she remained composed, quickly addressing any of our customer inquiries and ensuring the staff was running smoothly. This level of leadership not only reflects well on her management skills but also enhances the overall dining experience. She is definitely an asset to your organization. Equally remarkable was our waiter, Chris. From the outset, he was engaging, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He and the manager went above and beyond, making perfect recommendations and accommodating our dietary needs without hesitation. We were very impressed with the food, service and overall experience. And we will return to Collegeville thanks to the two valuable staff members and the wonderful experience we enjoyed.
